I. Coaching – Three-month, Platinum Plan
This is a 3-month commitment plan. In this plan, I will put in place all of the tools that you will need to become a profitable recruiter. My five major products (training manual, daily planner, QRG, forms and the ‘Classics’ audio series) are included in this selection. We will have a meeting, up to one hour, once per week and I will be available to continually work with you and answer your questions on a weekly, basis. Admission into the Illuminati Think Tank series is included, with access to select recordings.

II. Coaching – One-month, Gold Plan
This is a month-to-month plan. In this plan, I will be available to you for four hours to be parceled out as you choose during a 4-week period. Admission into the Illuminati Think Tank series is included.

III. Coaching – Every other week, Silver Plan
This is a month-to-month plan. In this plan, I will be available to you for 2 separate meetings, up to one hour, to be parceled out every other week to be used within a 4-week period. Admission into the Illuminati Think Tank series is included.
This is for the tenured Recruiter who wants a refresher course. This is sometimes referred to as the “Remember when…” Plan; as in, “Remember when you were a rookie and did everything you were told to do and were very successful”; “Remember when you used the basics all of the time and everything was easier”; “Remember when you tracked your numbers and achieved them!” This is a “Get Back to Basics…” Plan

IV. The Training Manual “Your Desk as a Manufacturing Plant”, Mastering the Fundamentals of Search and Recruiting
This manual is based on The Marshall Plan ©2019. Each Training Manual (150+ pages) consists of eight training modules with tests and answer sections at the end of each chapter. Paul Hawkinson, legendary editor of The Fordyce Letter, referred to this product as “a well-known and highly regarded methodology for becoming an above average search and recruiting practitioner.”
V. “Robocruiter and The Total Account Executive” – The Booklet
NEW…This 11-part series sub-titled, “The Total Account Executive” is longer than normal for me and is based on my many conversations with my favorite recruiter, Robocruiter. For those of you who haven’t been exposed to Robocruiter’s wealth of recruitment knowledge before, buckle your seatbelts. IX. The Modularized & Multi-Tasked Executive Edition Daily Planner
